Welcome to Kington Motorcycle Club!
A warm welcome awaits you at Kington Motorcycle Club. The club was founded in October 2002 by Woody, the Club Chairman, and now has approaching 30 members of varying ages riding all sorts of Bikes from Cruisers to Sports bikes. We hold many social events during the year, BBQ’s, Quizzes , Pub evenings etc, This year we are also fund raising for the County Air Ambulance a charity that helps all people not just bikers. Members are also planning trips to the Isle Of Man TT & Brittany for a weeks riding in France.
We try and have a ride out every Sunday at 9.30 am from the Texaco filling station, Headbrook, Kington, covering up to 200 miles in the day & stopping off at places of interest along the way. Also on the warm summer evenings we try and ride Wednesdays at 6.00 pm.
We are very fortunate in Kington to be only 2 miles from the Welsh border on the A44, “The Gateway to Mid Wales” and some of the best roads in the country. If you have not been before come and see for yourself, you will be very impressed with the roads and scenery in Central Wales.
If you would like to pay us a visit you will be made very welcome by all our members, or if you require any information about the club or our area please feel free to contact us. Details on how to contact us are on the contact us page. We hold our meetings at The Royal Oak Church Street Kington on the first Tuesday of every Month at 7.45 pm.
Thanks for visiting & we hope you enjoy our web site.
